Dianna Kinnard started her career in real estate in 1991. In her first year of business, Dianna was proud to be named the J.C. Nichols Newcomer of the Year and the KCRAR Rookie of the Year.
Prior to becoming a Broker/Manager, Dianna was among the top agents in the city. Dianna sold real estate with her husband, Harvey Kinnard, prior to being appointed Manager of the J.C. Nichols Lenexa Office in May of 1997. Dianna was appointed Manager of her first Overland Park office in 2000.
Dianna, along with her husband, Harvey Kinnard, have the pleasure of serving the agents at the College Blvd. Office, 8001 College Blvd., which is one of the top offices in the city. They both have a real passion for serving others and for guiding agents in their pursuit of delivering remarkable service to their clients.
Dianna and Harvey love to travel which includes taking their three little rescue dogs along with them. Their favorite places to travel are San Diego (Solana Beach), Scottsdale, and Palm Spring.
Dianna has a passion for giving back and has served on the Board of Directors for KCRAR, Heartland MLS, Northeast Johnson County Chamber, Leadership Northeast, The Volunteer Center of Johnson County, and several others. Dianna currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee for KCRAR.
She believes in "Adopting Not Shopping" and does fundraising for The Rescue Project. Dianna enjoys painting and loves hosting painting classses at the office as fundraisers for The Rescue Project. Dianna and Harvey owned an art business for 12 years prior to getting into real estate.
Gardening is also a passion for Dianna as she loves the challenge of designing new garden areas and watching them take shape over the years.
